Wallpaper will be shipped within 10-14 days.
Custom made bags will be shipped within 3 weeks.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address. A standard package is €6,50 within The Netherlands. Small packages that will fit in your mailbox are cheaper. Above €75,- a package is delivered for free within The Netherlands. Please contact me if something is not working correctly.

Returns
When a product doesn't live up to your expectations you can return it within 14 days.Custom made products can not be returned. As soon as the item is returned in original condition the money will be refunded to your bankaccount. The shipping costs for returns are not refunded.

Exchanges
You can also exchange your product. Send the original product back and place a new order. You will receive the new product as soon as possible. After the original product is returned the costs of the original package will be refunded. There is an exception for custom-made products. They can not be exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with a product or with the service please contact me by phone or email.

Warranty
I make all my products with the greatest care but if there is something wrong or the quality is insufficient, please contact me so I can repair it (if possible). Damages due to wear & tear are not covered under warranty.
