Do you like to give a giftcard? That’s possible!
When you buy a giftcard you receive a physical card and a unique discount code (for webshop orders). The giftcard can be used online, in the studioshop and for custom made items. Do you like to receive the giftcard per email only? Please check the ‘pick up’ box in the shopping basket to make sure no shipping costs are added.

Custom made bags will be shipped within 3 weeks
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address. A standard package is €6,50 within The Netherlands. Small packages that will fit in your mailbox are cheaper. Above €75,- a package is delivered for free within The Netherlands. Please contact me if something is not working correctly.
Returns
When a product doesn't live up to your expectations you can return it within 14 days. Custom made products can not be returned. As soon as the item is returned in original condition the money will be refunded to your bankaccount. The shipping costs for returns are not refunded.

Exchanges
You can also exchange your product. Send the original product back and place a new order. You will receive the new product as soon as possible. After the original product is returned the costs of the original package will be refunded. There is an exception for custom-made products. They can not be exchanged.
