poster hells gate a3
€ 15,00
Poster Hells Gate size A3. This pattern from my sketchbook with Hells Gate (gate in the old city wall) as inspiration shows the magnified original drawing. The ‘Maastricht in 10 patterns’ project is an ode to my father, artist Peter Bertus († 2-4-2018). He worked on his project ‘Maastricht in 100 etchings’ since 1992. He loved his birth city very much and I inherited that love. It starts with a hand drawn pattern in my sketchbook. After that the coloring starts. These colors are chosen carefully.
