Olivia Bertus in atelier

about

As a textile designer, Olivia designs and makes very diverse work. Recognizable by a combination of her unique print designs, color & functionality. The patterns are drawn manually in a sketchbook. This is followed by digital post-processing in which the manual character is retained. These elaborate patterns are applied to fabrics and wallpaper. They are incorporated on the inside of the tarpaulin bags. In her interior products the patterns are directly visible. All products are designed and made by Olivia in her studio in Maastricht. She sells her work in her studio shop, online shop and through a few selected stores in the Netherlands, Germany and Japan.
