ottomans & more

I make the ottomans, stools and benches in my atelier (sometimes in the garden, living room or kitchen). Legs, wood, foam, a stuffed round pillow, a tacker, staples, screws, bolts, paint, a brush, a jigsaw, a circular saw, a sewing machine and of course fabric and/or a crocheted top (also done by me). There’s a lot needed to build these small furniture pieces. I love to use all these ‘toys’ so the ottomans, stools and benches are a great way to apply my textile work into functional authentic pieces.The solid color ones balances out the more busy ones. For me personal that balance is of great importance.
