Do you like to customize your backpack Thor? That’s now also possible online. Choose the color of the tarpaulin, the lining fabric and the color of the canvas shoulder straps. The backpack will be ready in about 2-4 weeks and is delivered in the Netherlands for free.
About backpack Thor: Thor is big size backpack. She is big enough for books, folders, an iPad or medium size laptop (13 inch), lunch and your important belongings, like your wallet, keys, phone, glasses. This is a perfect workbag. The canvas shoulder straps are 3 cm wide and is adjustable. You close the backpack with a zipper and a push button. Inside are three pockets one bigger and two smaller ones.
About the materials: The tarpaulin from Germany is a strong canvas fabric with a plastic coating. It is very strong and water resistant. The cotton lining fabric with one of my pattern designs is printed in The Netherlands with environmentally friendly water base inks. The cotton canvas shoulder straps are making this backpack vegan.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address. A standard package is €6,50 within The Netherlands. Small packages that will fit in your mailbox are cheaper. Above €75,- a package is delivered for free within The Netherlands. Please contact me if something is not working correctly.
Returns
When a product doesn't live up to your expectations you can return it within 14 days. Custom made products can not be returned. As soon as the item is returned in original condition the money will be refunded to your bankaccount. The shipping costs for returns are not refunded.

Exchanges
You can also exchange your product. Send the original product back and place a new order. You will receive the new product as soon as possible. After the original product is returned the costs of the original package will be refunded. There is an exception for custom-made products. They can not be exchanged.
