Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be calculated based on your shipping address. A standard package is 6,50 within the Netherlands. Letterbox packages are cheaper. From €75,- will be shipped for free within the Netherlands. If anything isn't working correctly on the website please get in contact.
Returns
When a procuct doesn't live up to your expectations you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. Custom made products can not be returned. As soon as the product is safely returned in it's original state the money will be refunded to your bankaccount. The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.

Exchanges
You can also exchange a product. Send the item back and place a new order. You receive the new order as soon as possible. As soon as the original order arrived safely and in it's original condition the money will be refunded to your bankaccount. Custom made product can not be exchanged.
